REFUND POLICY
Replacement and Return Policy
• To ensure customer satisfaction, we would like to explain our exchange and return policy according to the following terms and conditions:
First: Replacement and return period
• The customer has the right to request a replacement or refund within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
• The product must be in a condition suitable for sale.
Second: Product Experience
• The customer has the right to open the product and try it in a fair and appropriate amount for trial purposes only.
• Opening the product does not prevent return or replacement as long as the amount of use is within reasonable limits for trial purposes.
• In case of return, the product must be returned with all its original attachments and packaging.
Third: Returns and exchanges within Kuwait
• Replacement and return only at the company's headquarters during the specified period.
• If the customer wishes to return the product by delivery, the customer shall bear the full cost of delivering the product to the company's headquarters.
• The company does not bear any delivery costs resulting from returns or replacements.
Fourth: Returns and exchanges from outside Kuwait
• Customers outside Kuwait are entitled to request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt.
• The customer shall bear the full cost of international shipping to return the product to the company's headquarters.
• The company does not bear any customs duties or shipping costs resulting from the return process.
Fifth: Delivery and Shipping Policy
• Free delivery for all orders within Kuwait.
• Free shipping for any invoice worth KD 30 or more.
• In case of return or replacement, the customer shall bear the cost of returning or shipping the product to the company's headquarters, whether from within Kuwait or outside, even if delivery or shipping was free at the time of purchase.
Sixth: Refund of the amount
• The amount (if any) will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• No refund will be issued until the product has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions.
Seventh: Important Notes
• No return or exchange requests will be accepted if the product has been used inappropriately or beyond the scope of the trial period.
• The company reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet the above conditions.
